A Locally Owned Magazine That Tells the Stories of the People, Places & Happenings of Our Community

Welcome to Greenwood, a suburb adjacent to Indianapolis’ southern border. The city not only offers great access to downtown Indy but is also seeing a surge of growth and redevelopment which is enhancing quality of life in this community. Freedom Springs Aquatic Park, the largest water park south of I-70, draws visitors from a large area.

Old Town Greenwood, a fast-growing downtown restaurant and entertainment area is undergoing a complete renovation. In a few years, a mix of office, retail and living space replace the Greenwood Middle School expanding the downtown area.

Already known for distribution, due to easy access to I-65, the city is building a reputation for technology jobs with several online retailers headquartered in the city. The magazine sponsors and is involved in many community organizations and events including the Greenwood Freedom Festival, WAMMfest and other community events. Our personal relationships with the community allows us to provide a unique look at the city, its residents and activities, providing readers with stories they will not find elsewhere.

Greenwood Monthly magazine’s owners are active member of the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce. The magazine features residents and tells the stories of things that go unnoticed by other media. Stories will tell about people who may lead or have started successful businesses, organizations or simply are involved in helping their community or others.

Cover stories feature residents, elected officials, and organizations that make a difference in the community.
